The purpose of the Formation Program is to help constituents (board members, executives, mission effectiveness facilitators, mission leaders, employees, volunteers, students, residents, patients, and their families) know who the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston are – their past, present and journey into the future – and how as collaborators in ministry all constituents can extend their mission, charism and spirit to future generations.
The Formation Program’s Goals are to…
-
- expand constituents’ understanding and enhance their personal ownership of the CSJ mission, charism and spirituality;
- deepen their relationships with the Congregation;
- strengthen their commitment to the fulfillment of the mission of the ministries;
